I have a Linux Guest with an identity crisis. The OS is shown as being to different versions depending on where you look. Can anyone explain the cause & resolution?
On the Summary page | General | Guest OS: Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise 8/9 (32-bit)

Under Edit Settings | Options | Guest Operating System | Version: Novell SUSE Linux Enterprise 10 (64-bit)
- Which is correct
I have to upgrade the VMware tools on this guest. Can that be the cause?
